We are a Fast Paced growing restaurants (Fast Food) Company in Kuwait seeking a proficient QA, Food and Hygienic Inspector/ Executive to oversee our +25 restaurants in Kuwait.
We are looking for a local professionals from/ in Kuwait who possess a valid Kuwait driving license and own car (only local applicants are welcomed to apply ).
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure follow the QMS (ISO, HACCP…etc.) in food production processes (restaurants) with ability of building HACCP system.
- Implemented and maintain food product standards as per requirements.
- Improve Quality checks and establishment of different procedure formats…etc.
- Responsible for handling all types of issues, problems during the different stages of produced food items…etc. inclusive assigning “food safety standards” related responsibilities to different locations restaurants’s heads/ managers.
- Hygiene audit of all food products’ expiry dates on pre-defined calendar and visits’ with monitoring the implementation of Staff Personal and food hygiene.
- Conduct regular Restaurants, Warehouse and Central Kitchen inspection visits.
- Setting process work flow to ensure maintaining the cleanness of all the equipment used in restaurants, tracking all food items’ expiry date, other safety/ hygienic procedures related.
- Identify and report safety / environmental hazards/ risks to GM/ Management.
- Collects quality data to assist in analysis and prevention activity.
- Initiates corrective action (Operational Excellency) related to worker skills in handling Food & Hygienic Standards (in coordination with Training Dept.).
- Provide required periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly…etc.) to management.
- Report undesirable findings/ results in restaurants to management (in particular those related to Food Safety/ Hygienic Standards).
- Other related tasks whenever needed/ required.
