We are looking for an experienced HORECA sales Rep's or Supervisor (مشرف/مسؤول مبيعات جملة - مواد غذائية) for our Food Production Business in Kuwait
Only local qualified male candidates who are having valid Kuwaiti driving license and possess own car are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
- Able to manage HORECA sales (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafe's) volume and achieve sales targets (Food Items).
- Hire and train new employees in HORECA sale of frozen/ fresh food items (meat, chicken and sea food).
- Evaluate sales on daily basis & keep an eye on monthly sales targets & operations.
- Ensure and track daily sales to achieve the pre-planned target figures.
- Ability to resolve conflicts with HORECA customers.
- Smart & determined to suggest work around solutions to specific dilemmas.
- Report on periodic basis to management about daily figures and achievements.
- Increase sales via penetrating new markets' segments.
- Negotiate with HORECA customers about existing and futuristic sales opportunities.
- Other tasks whenever required.
