• Build a highly qualified team of trained drivers and support teams; lead their on-boarding and development
• Manage the entire fleet operations
• Optimize resources and ensure timelines are met. Ensure allocation of trucks/ scheduling is managed efficiently.
• Arrive at SOPs for all operational procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
• Provide personalized client support through a team of highly trained representatives
• Analyze metrics to track and improve profitability
• Closely work with various teams to continuously create and enhance processes & procedures to help the business improve its operations and expand
• Identify and evaluate expansion prospects and develop strategic fleet partnerships
