Core Applications Implementation & Support experience with a programming background, preferably in Microsoft Platform (.NET & MS SQL Server).
Functional knowledge & experience on Academic ERP & supporting Applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the core business applications: SIS/SMS or Academic ERP, Web & SMS Solutions.
- Conduct & develop specifications/documentation related to requirement gathering, GAP Analysis & BPR.
- Develop & implement a process to test all functional modules of the system Application Testing.
- Conduct periodic orientation & training on major system changes to end users.
- Support in house custom application development requirements, develop API for external applications.
- Support all data management activities including DBA & data migration activities to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct functional & feasibility analysis on application software to provide recommendations.
- Develop a plan & perform regular Applications & Data backup along with periodic testing & recovery.
- Perform regular monitoring to prevent & protect application from scripting threats (SQL Injection).
- Comply with the set IT Standard operating procedures & provide periodic Activity/Performance report.
