Developing and implementing all departmental policies and procedures.
Actively participated in the recruitment process for the center through candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation.
Assist in setting up the packages for the doctors in the center to include a combination of guaranteed salary and incentives.
Overseeing the training of all nursing and administrative staff in the center.
Creating periodic performance related reports.
Researching and purchasing all required tools, equipment and consumables for the center.
Conducting all activities to ensure approval by the MOH and attending MOH audits and preparing the periodical MOH required reports
Budget creation for revenue, manpower, tools and equipment.
Setting financial targets for the center and for each doctor.
Overseeing the marketing and telemarketing activities.
Negotiating and signing contracts with insurance companies and other bodies for customized plans and patient privileges.
