We are looking for bright and motivated individuals for a customer service role which would involve responding to customer enquiries via telephone or email. The incumbent shall assist in resolving issues related to service and complaints in accordance with the Organization’s service standards.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain logs and details of all enquires and complaints.
- Answer customer enquiries, take bookings and confirm service start date and time with customers.
- Assist with payments and encourage customers to use the online payment portal.
- Assist customers with navigating the website and searching or proposing new pools.
