- Perform compliance risk assessments across various divisions of the company.
- Develop policy and procedure manuals for various divisions of the company.
- Assist the Compliance Manager with development and implementation of annual compliance work plans.
- Assist the Compliance Manager in training the company's staff.
- Provide required assistance to the management towards process monitoring and improvements; and work with the management to implement these improvements.
- Assist the Internal Audit Department in performing internal audits within the company.
- Maintain adequate and accurate working papers for all assignments.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Compliance Manager.
