- Work closely with Sales to define monthly forecast using sales inputs and generates historical data
- Carry out all the department’s communication and follow up.
- Lead forecasting process regarding accuracy and timing
- Reviews actual demand versus forecast based on month-end data
- Analyses and follows-up outstanding customer orders, inventory deviations from targets, non-saleable and maximum shelf life period (MSP) stocks and on-time/late shipments
- Monitor FCA and make sure follow up monthly sales
- Prepare for S&OP meeting and being part of decision maker
- Monthly monitoring on stock, alerting expired and damaged items, send action list to HO
- Maintain MSL in store according to agreed terms.
- Follow up on the shipping schedule from the suppliers to monitor the order status.
- Issue alerts on order receiving dates to update stocks and plans.
- Maintain a close update on the target achievement with Sales/Customer and relative rebate calculations while copying accounts department.
- Ensure proper filling of all the department transactions and communication with HO.
- Coordinate with HO to reduce the lead-time in cases of urgent stock requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse department to make sure that the shipment is received in full and in good quality.
- Control and follow up all POS and/or VAS processed material regarding forecast, demand, delivery in accordance with inventory related issues
- Be a decision maker on Promotion Process, in terms of planning, execution
- Follow up with the HO/Customers on all damages or shortages. Follow up on backlogs, take part of shortage management
