Major Functions
-Enroll maximum number of HD customers under prepaid system under their territory.
-Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient service and complaints resolution.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities
-Ensure daily collection of renewals and submission of payments to Finance Dept
-Track home delivery staff (Salesman and helper).
-Track home delivery customers (orders and balance).
-Solve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Promote future repetitive business by establishing good customer relations.
-Generate calls to potential customers to sell the product and promotions.
-Allocation and installation of HD boxes
-Prepares daily report on collection, new contracts, follow up calls amongst other key tasks.
Basic Salary KD 250 plus company car with petro card and a mobile line
