• Plan, organize and control service operation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and trends and share this information.
• Monitor warranty and goodwill cases.
• Establish service marketing strategies to target new business and fleet companies.
• Monitor quality control inspections, comeback reports and complaints.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions.
• Conduct survey to develop competitiveness for periodic maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct weekly analysis of key performance indicators.
• Monthly performance results report to the Management.
