1.To define project/project area needs for cost control in accordance with company procedures and client contractual requirements.
2.To supervise the competent performance of cost control activities and timely issue of reports.
3.To define project / project area needs for schedule development, maintenance and monitoring in accordance with company procedures and client contract requirements.
4.To supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring and analysis activities and timely issue of reports.
5.To prepare, coordinate and supervise cost and scheduling presentations to company and client management as required.
6.To supervise and be responsible for the development and accuracy of cost and schedule reports. To verify consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility.
7.To be responsible for preparing reports required by company management and project procedures.
8.To monitor project activities against contract scope of work, prepares additional work cost estimates.
9.To prepare and coordinate the development of staffing plans for cost and scheduling activities.
10.To perform personnel performance reviews and career counseling and ensure that applicable training objectives for personnel are
met.
