As an MEP Engineer, you will perform engineering duites in design review and supervision of all MEP services for fit-out units in shopping centeres that varies between Retail, Anchors, Offices, F&B, Health Clubs etc.
Key responsibilities:
1. Review of HVAC designs covering cooling load calculations, static head calculations, AC unit selection, ductwork sizing, chilled water sizing, diffusers selection and distribution, fan selection, hood sizing, etc.
2. Follow up the site progress and work quality of the HVAC installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes.
3. Review of Plumbing designs covering water supply system, drainage system, gas system, water heater selection, grease interceptor selection, etc.
4. Follow up the site progress and work quality of the plumbing installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes.
5. Review of Fire Fighting designs covering pipe sizing, sprinklers distribution, hoods fire suppression system, gas detection system, etc.
6. Follow up the site progress and work quality of the fire protection installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes.
7. Review of Electrical & Low Voltage designs covering lighting and power systems, D.B. schedule and power schematic, emergency lighting, fire alarm, low voltage systems, etc.
8. Follow up the site progress and work quality of the electrical and low voltage installations considering complying with the related approved designs and the local and international codes.
