• Requisition for maintenance supplies, special tools and the like
• Direct and lead personnel
• Prepare daily reports for company representative
• Compile equipment failure reports
• Liaison with company rep and supervisors for any key developments and changes
• Continuous review and update of maintenance requirements/procedures
• Compile formal technical reports
• Maintain equipment history and performance trends
• Ensure and supervise implementation of maintenance techniques (Breakdown, routine, etc.)
• Ensure availability of personnel, tools, and test equipment continuously
• Attend to any call-out duty after working hours if needed
• Liaison with company rep, area engineers, supervisors, and other staff to ensure efficient utilization of personnel and equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of project and the work of subordinate staff
• Provide technical support to the operational facilities
• Advise on improvements to plant and equipment to increase availability and maintenance
• Coordinate procurement of spares, tools & consumables from company’s stores, local market and contractor stores.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and safe working environment
• Coordinate work function for personnel in charge.
