1. Provides input for strategic workforce planning.
2. Develops annual workforce plan in coordination with functions
based on the strategic workforce plan.
3. Develops and maintains job descriptions for all relevant jobs
pertaining to companies under the corporate.
4. Performs recruitment activities as outlined in the relevant HR policy
complying with all requirements.
5. Develops and tracks recruitment budget for companies under the
corporate.
6. Tracks recruitment progress and updates functional heads.
7. Acts as a single point contact for all recruitment agencies (local and
overseas).
8. Establishes recruitment agreement with multiple agencies in each
of the target countries.
9. Coordinates with recruiting agencies and selected candidates in job
offer, logistics, government formalities and relocation to Kuwait.
10. Coordinates with HR Services administrator in completing
government logistics pertaining to work permit (Shoun) and work
visa.
11. Completes joining formalities and obtains relevant documents from
new recruits.
12. Works with concerned functional head in coordinating on-boarding
activities from arrival to hand over of new recruits to the function.
13. Completes work contract formalities with new recruits.
14. Coordinates with HR Trainer in completing induction training for
new employees.
15. Coordinates with HR Services administrator in completing preemployment
formalities of new recruits until civil ID is obtained.
16. Coordinates with functional head on employees’ confirmation after
probation.
17. Maintains employee master data updated.
18. Maintains employees’confidential data and personal file in a
secured manner.
19. Performs the role of HR Time administrator for attendance and
leave.
20. Manages payroll for all companies under the corporate.
