*Responsible for all direct interaction with Kuwait government agencies for issuance and renewal of necessary visas, work permits and residencies for all employees, and to coordinate with relevant Ministries for required government certifications/ approvals required by Mezzan Holding;
*Follows up on governmental transactions for the company’s employees (visas, or any other necesarry document) as per the instructions provided by Government Relations Manager;
*Receives the employees files that require submitting for governmental transactions, check up for all documents received and ensures that all the documents are correctly prepared;
*Submits the files to the relevant governmental entities;
*Follows up with the government officials on the progress of the transactions and acts as necessary in case of delays and or raise the issue to the Manger for interference;
*Maintains good relations with various government ministries that are critical to Mezzan’s Holding business operations (e.g. Ministry of Social Affairs & Labour, Ministry of Industrial Affairs, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior and Immigration, etc;
*Arranges for documentation and procedural formalities, such as the following, for new employees: fingerprinting, medical examination, residence permit snf Civil ID card, etc;
