DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will define the company’s strategy, develop its annual plan in coordination with the CEO, and provide strategic input, leadership and vision to enhance performance, growth and profitability.
• Will manage the company’s budget and will have P&L
responsibilities.
• Will make sure that the day-to-day operations are running smoothly; delivering required results, accurate and timely reporting.
• Will be responsible of creating a think tank, a creative team to constantly generate new ideas and concepts. Will stay aware of the competition and trends.
• Will lead, coach and motivate the team; increase productivity and efficiency; nurture talent and work on succession planning. In addition to other related tasks.
• Supervising other managers and staff
• Coordinating day to day business operations
• Developing business strategies in line with the company's Five years strategic plan
• Reviewing the overall profitability of the existing business
• Working directly with clients
• Overseeing, the budgets and making adequate recommendations
• Setting goals for an entire department or division based on the company's plans
• Suggest expenses control plans, policies, and procedures and monitor their implementation
• Ensure continuous development and improvement of business processes to ensure optimal use of available resources
• Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls as set out by the Corporate
• Provide leadership and inspiration to the the company’s staff, ensuring employees take pride in meeting and surpassing individual and departmental objectives
• Monitor market trend and changes as well as competitors in the market, and recommends proactive and corrective actions to mitigate risks associated with external threats
• Continuously, adding new business/product lines to the company based on market needs analysis.
