Responsibilities:
· Implementation of enterprise architecture
· Policy development information systems for relevant departments.
· Quality assurance
· Standards for operation
· Writing reports.
· Technology watch and recommended what suitable for NCCAL.
· Design and evaluation infrastructure.
· Design and evaluation system security.
· Design and evaluation smart buildings.
· Systems analysis.
· The preparation of tenders.
· Analysis strategic planning for information systems in the relevant departments.
· Ensure the integration with government systems.
· Follow-up programs and projects of the NCCAL.
· Create and maintain cross system architecture models, views, and documentation (service catalogs, technical inventories, system landscapes, etc.)
· Investigate and propose technology strategies that can support the organization.
· Advise IT leadership of latest technology trends and potential impact these could have if applied to future projects and/or programs.
· Provide general architectural guidance, consulting, technological recommendations and transition strategies across the enterprise that support development and implementation of initiatives’ based on common delivery, SOA,cloud computing, software as a Service, and data analytics as a service.
