- Manages and maintains the catering contract day to day activities including Catering services, housekeeping and maintenance services whilst minimizing deficiencies;
- Manages the contract goals to strict quantitative and qualitative objectives to meet and exceed staff, clients and management expectations;
- Liaises with client, contractor operations, finance, marketing and human resources throughout the contract operation process;
- Executes and follows appropriate recording/reporting procedures related to operational activities;
- Establishes high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention;
- Calculates and compares costs for required goods and services on a monthly basis;
- Directs and plans key operationsl strategies;
- Investigates availability and suitability of options for purchasing;
- Responds appropriately to urgent concerns and manages them strategically;
- Coordinates all aspects of Health and Safety and Fire Safety guidelines;
- Constantly monitors service performance standards as part of a continuous improvement process;
- Travels frequently to remote site locations.
