• Handling Financial Accounting activities, maintenance of Stock Reports.
• Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts and meeting the dead line.
• Interacting with Warehouse and Production dept. for clearing all pending stock return or transfer or claims within a stipulated time period.
• Controlling in Month & Year end closing. Also, providing clarifications for all queries raised by the internal & external auditors related to area of responsibility.
• Verifying, Validating & Posting accounting entries & transactions from all modules in Oracle Financials.
• Validating finalization of month end Trial balance
• Validating all month end GL reconciliations
• Managing the entire team of accounts and ensuring the flow of business without any interruption.
• Delegation of work among the team
• Overall responsibility for the accounting function
• Co-coordinating with all departments and ensuring the financial transactions and meeting the time frame.
• Finalization of Month end & year closing
• Oracle group Consolidation process
• Validating & Posting Oracle Journal Vouchers
• Validating & Posting HHT Journals.
• Validating & Posting MAC actuals
• Supervising all documents related to finance & validating
• Strategies for the Team and ensuring their fulfillment
• Planning for the audit of financial year end
• In meeting the deadlines and managing the team in delivering in a professional manner.
• Validation of information and professional approach in ensuring the accuracy
• Evaluating and adapting systems for smooth functioning of various operations across the organization.
