1. Collaborates with the business to define HR strategies that effectively support the business and deliver results.
2. Works closely with the leadership teams to create and implement organization design and scaling initiatives.
3. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
4. Manage and facilitate SVP Operations Leadership team meetings
5. Ability to translate IT terms and language into business consumable information
6. Decisive and results oriented with a high level of integrity and commitment to the strategic vision of the organization
7. Manage and track corrective actions process for off-track initiatives on the plan of record
8. Supervise the team of IT. HR. Admin and operations support staff
