The section manager primary objective is to help the company achieves Volume, Profit, and Superior In-store presence. Handles 30-50 retail outlets and responsible to sell volume, distribution, merchandizing, shelving, and pricing across multiple brands and categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Sell Volume, distribution, merchandising, shelving, and pricing.
o Help the trade customers resell our brands.
o Establish goodwill.
o Operate efficiently and economically.
o Ensure excellent deployment for the shelving, visibility, or displays contracts.
o Controls professionally budgets and allocations, and - where applicable - ensure payments from trade are collected on time.
o Reflects our core values and principles in daily work with customers, employees, colleagues, and management.
o Updates Unit Manager with the requested data accurately and on time (stocks, estimates, daily Sales, pricing, competition … etc.)
o Train, coach, monitor, and motivate the merchandisers on a daily basis to ensure getting maximum productivity.
o Utilize Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) and Category Management approach where applicable.
o Learn and utilize conceptual selling in your section.
o Take the initiative to recommend breakthrough ideas that leads to business development.
o Manage trade inventory levels as per set targets.
o Application of learning in post-formal training period.
o Team building efforts in supporting colleagues and other functions to deliver unit’s results through Search, Share and Reapply proven successes in your section.
