Job Purpose
To ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through proper planning and forecasting. To identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for the Group.
1. Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship with Group customers.
2. Plan, organize and manage Group sales activities.
3. Assist, support and coordinate with stations’ sales personnel in performing sales activities.
4. Monitor the sales activities and reports of Posta Plus stations; ensure proper implementation of sales policies and procedures.
5. Exploit new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring a maximum penetration of Posta Plus Group into the market.
6. Achieve individual sales target.
7. Increase awareness about Posta Plus Group.
8. Ensure proper coordination and allocation of tasks between stations for Group projects.
9. Prepare customers’ quotations and agreements while ensuring proper implementation of group’s pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
10. Manage intercompany sales projects through proper communication channels and deployment of best practices and SLAs.
11. Assist Commercial Director in daily activities.
12. Negotiate prices and contracts’ terms.
13. Prepare sales reports and submit them to management.
14. Gather market information and prepare reports about competition.
15. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
