- Supervise the daily operational aspects of new Trade Finance business.
- Monitor of conditions precedent in the Facility Documentation and ensuring all compliance certificates as envisaged are received on a timely basis. Pro-active follow up with borrower/Facility Agent for receipt of these certificates.
- Notifying borrower regarding communications from lenders regarding market disruption, illegality, increased costs, submission of financial statements, and other documents by the borrower and other terms of the facility agreement.
- Maintaining proper files and records for all transactions of the Division.
