- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions.
- Keeping track of all the drivers and their current locations.
- Receive and process new orders, follow up internally, enter orders and track progress, provide order confirmation and updates to customers, elevate issues that could result in committed delivery not being met.
- Work with customer on new quoting opportunities; collect and submit all information required by Estimating, return quote in timely manner and resolve any questions or issues.
- Review and enter customer orders, work with Production to maintain status and tracking orders, provide order information and status to customer.
- Process and track Customer Returns (RMA's), ensure response time on RMA's falls within specified KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
- Process RPM's (Rapid Prototype Manufacturing) orders, order entry and tracking of orders.
- Collect and tabulate customer metrics including RMA's, Feedback. Develop and create reports to track.
- Understand and be proficient with all Customer Service processes, procedures and work instructions.
