A reputable construction consultancy firm is looking to recruit Proposals Manager who will join the growing team in Kuwait. This role reports to the senior management and is responsible of managing the proposal processes, from writing, to delivering and ensuring the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to the customer
• Ensure the proposal meets the requirements of the customer and clearly defines the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group.
• Ensure the proposal is prepared in a timely manner to comply with internal review requirements and customer requirements
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organisation has given itself the best possible chance of success
• Lead a team to prepare, coordinate input and conduct presentations of firm qualifications and proposals to potential clients
