• Leading Presales support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide answers to questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP)
• Develop and deliver outstanding products presentations, demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the process.
• Maintain demo set-up of all products offered by the company.
• Submit visit reports and recommendations followed by each visit to the prospect or client of the company.
• Actively assists Product Management department in new market trends requirement gathering from Prospects visits and interactions.
• Assists customer, prospect and Sales Representative to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment)
• Actively participative in marketing events.
• Prepare and submit necessary inputs and reports to the management as and when required.
