• Good Experience working in a Hotel in preparing and presenting baked pastries, desserts, cakes such as :

2. Handling and storage of commodities
3. Chou pastry dishes
4. Gateau pithiviers
5. Bake and fill a variety of sweet pate dishes
6. Savoury products from chou short and puff
7. Frozen desserts
8. Hot desserts
9. Cold desserts
10. Specialty desserts
11. Croissants
12. Brioche
13. Kuchen
14. Danish pastries
15. Savarins and babas
• Prepare and present gateaux, tortes and cakes including:
1. Traditional gateaux, torten and cakes
2. Finishing and decoration
3. Prepare for service and serve them to guests
4. Design, prepare, cover and decorate cakes for festive occasions
5. Prepare a range of cheesecakes
• Prepare a range of petits fours glaces.
• Prepare marzipan work (a range of molded flowers and figures & marzipan to cover cakes)
• Implementing the continuity of applying hygienic standards in the production area and machines in clean and sanitary conditions according to GMP “Good Manufacturing Practices” as per technical Department.
• Keep high quality of products and improving according to fixed standards.
• Reduce waste to the minimal levels which will affect directly the yield and efficiency.
• Maintain hygienic standards and practices in Kitchen.
