Job Title: Senior Manager Learning & Talent
Location: Kuwait
Job Description
Drive change in people management practices by developing learning and talent management strategies, tools and processes in the disciplines succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification to develop the bank's leaders and retain talents.
Manage succession plans for key positions in the bank through identifying employees for succession planning and aligning succession needs with career progression outcome and development plans.
Demonstrate impact of learning and talent management programs to ensure maximum value and return on investment using well defined metrics.
Assess training and development needs to identify, arrange or develop appropriate and diverse training solutions.
Build partnerships in the formal and informal learning sectors, including but not limited to IBS, KFAS, MGRP, universities to develop training opportunities and progression routes in the bank.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration in a related discipline and preferably with Masters/MBA degree.
10 to 12 years of related experience preferably in Banking
Professional Certification from HRCI/CIPD/SHRM
