Role: ERP Finance consultant is responsible for analysis, mapping, configuration, implementation and documentation of ERP Finance module to meet the business requirements of Canar Holding group of companies. The role demands managing and administering Finance module integration with other ERP modules especially with projects and other third party products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist level knowledge in configuring and mapping IFS ERP Finance module and its integration with other modules
- Impart Finance system process knowledge with focus to cost planning, user management, budgeting, accounting rules, bank reconciliation, cash box, Journal entries, Letter of guarantees, fixed assets, supplier payments, invoicing and period closing.
- Approval of Business Processes in consultation with the concerned manager
- Stimulate, motivate and enthuse people within the CH group of companies for ERP Applications
- Has the responsibility for the processes, supported by the super user and approved by the Department and Division heads.
- Provide expertise in designing and developing finance system dashboards and KPIs.
- Map Company procedures and way of working to ERP Applications with special focus to Finance module
- Train and support End-users
- Create work instructions and user manuals.
- Developing test cases out of real life cases of CH group (test scenario’s) Train in solution
- Execution of acceptance tests (Application Solution Test, Customer Solution Test, Customization tests, etc.)
- Document data ownership and maintain basic data documentation
- Impart better ERP finance practices of construction and EPC business process.
- Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing
