•10 years' experience in drilling operational safety and accident prevention in Drilling industrial environment,
•Specific experience in conducting HSE inspections of on-shore and off-shore drilling Rigs in line with the industry best practices, incident investigations, audits in line with ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 management systems etc. Awareness on drilling safety related international codes and standards.
•Carry out risk analysis/hazard operability (HAZOP) and loss prevention program for Drilling installations.
•Experience in development of HSE Clauses for Drilling Projects / contracts, technical procedures, drilling HSEMS procedures, guidelines, emergency plans, SIMOPS etc.
•Carry out HSE training and promotional programs awareness sessions
