Job Description-Construction Manager - Kuwait
o Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
o Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
o Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
o Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
o Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
o Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
o Direct and supervise workers.
o Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
o Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
o Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
o Develop and implement quality control programs.
o Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
o Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
o Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
o Managing team at project site.
o Dealing with client, subcontractors & consultant regarding the project work.
o Minimum 10+years of Experience in construction management including Min 5years of experience in Kuwait
o Should have executed building projects for value not less than 30 Million KD
o Education: BE in Civil Engineering
