Objective:
Proactively process all Tele-sales activities such as calling new and existing customers, giving introduction to exiting & new range of Services/products, and selling products & services, as required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop & increase customers base through efficient volume of telesales.
• Maintain the existing customers by providing all required support to them.
• To present Company services in a professional way.
• Sustain close business relationships with the customers.
• Proactively Process to call the following categories of customers.
- Renewal Reminder 2 days before suspension,
- Retain Suspend DSL /QSS customers.
- Retain Ceased DSL/QSS,
- Arrange for modem collection (for the customers who do not wish to renew the account & who did not pay any deposi.
- Expired Dialup customers.
- Active Dialup customers to up-Grade them to DSL,
- Active DSL Customers to Up-Grade them to higher bandwidth,
- Informative calls -Offer discount / promotion /offers,
- Offer multiple renewal options (Q store /Cash Collection / Credit card) and conducting surveys (Collect Customer feedback why customer did not renew).
• Follow up Company roles and regulations.
• Submit monthly reports on last day of each month to the Supervisor.
• Achieve telesales target as per Company business plan.
• To process any additional assignment given by the Management.
• To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines
