The Senior Manager, Logistics is responsible for all account management, continuous improvement initiatives, customer service satisfaction, financial performance to plan and maintenance of employee relations and development.
• Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
• Facility performance of Safety targets to include monthly safety programs, administering of training and coaching and accurate record keeping of required safety specific documents.
• Daily productivity performance to target and action-oriented initiatives when performance is below target.
• Continuous Improvement activities to meet/exceed Internal Metrics, Financial Targets and Customer specific KPI’s.
• Champion Lean activities in each functional area to strive for Continuous Improvement.
• Directing the assessment, development, launch and continuous improvement activities related to specific business or product category, and day-to-day customer interface and operation of on-site manager.
• Management of one or more customer accounts, lifecycle, and extending existing products where feasible, safety issues, profit and loss responsibility, directing the assessment, development, launch and continuous improvement activities related to specific business or product category, and day-to-day customer interface and operation of on-site manager.
