- Providing full knowledge to customers about food product & calories .
- Answering all the queries raised by the customers regarding the food product.
- Actively communicating with the area managers & boutiques on day to day basis on the operational requirements.
- Maintaining high standard of professionalism. attitude, customer service, customer retention.
- Following up on all policies and process of the Boutique.
- Take personal responsibility to ensure that Standards are maintained and that the system is utilized to its full capacity.
- preparing feasibility reports as & well required.
-Achieving the sales targets & ensuring accurate follow up and communication both internally & with customers.
