We are looking for experienced retail sales Rep's or Supervisor for No 1 fisheries company in Kuwait (Frozen & Fresh Sea Food Products).
Only local qualified male candidates who are having valid Kuwaiti driving license and possess own car are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities
- Able to manage a team of merchandisers or salesmen.
- Hire and train new employees in sale of frozen items or fresh sea food (Retail - HORECA)
- Evaluate employees on daily basis in term of performance and behavior’s aspects.
- Keep an eye on daily sales and daily operations.
- Ensure and track daily sales to achieve the pre-planned target figures.
- Ability to resolve conflicts with clients/ employees.
- Smart & determined to suggest work around solutions to specific dilemmas.
- Report on periodic basis to management about daily figures and permanent achievements.
- Increase sales via penetrating new markets.
- Negotiate with clients about existing and futuristic sales opportunities.
- Other tasks whenever required.
