- Responsible for creating IT Projects yearly sales budget which shall also include the specialized design products range.
- Responsible for identifying potential Solutions in the ‘sale growth zone’ and develop a business development plan to support them.
Responsible for keeping market project information so as to ensure that business is not lost due to lack of market monitoring and non exchange of information on IT.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. .
- Responsible to create new business deals by coordinating requirements; assisting in developing and negotiating proposals; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Responsible based on market segmentation and project tiers, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues from the projects.
- Responsible for projects lead generation and appointment setting and actively and successfully manage the sales process: project lead generation;
- Responsible to drive, motivate project field sales team and must have attention to detail in ensuring all project and products sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Responsible for the growth of the project business with clear focus and leading the Project Sales Team however, will be part of the growing sales team and work in close collaboration with the management team for projects large pitches and strategies.
- Responsible for managing the project sales team, developing a sales plan, meeting agreed targets, expense control.
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of project sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the project sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and sales team.
- Responsible for managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for the designing of the events and marketing campaigns to promote.
