1. Visit the Customers, Contractors and Consultants for Sales, Marketing & specification.
2. Prepare quotations against customer’s queries.
3. Analyzing costs and sales for the Retail / Project offers.
4. Coordinate with purchase, finance & dispatch department for order execution.
5. Coordinate with Sales Engineers / Sales Coordinators for product and special price support.
6. Adhere to the company / department manuals.
7. Achieve objectives & targets set by the GM / Div. Manager.
8. Monitor market competition and take corrective action in coordination with Div. Manager.
9. Involvement in setting and achieving quality objectives.
10. Follow-up on project by project and customer wise to secure orders.
11. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
12. Maintain daily / weekly / monthly progress reports.
13. Coordinate with customer & warehouse / store for orders delivery.
14. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
15. Attend all the retail (walk way) customers to Showroom.
