• Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
• Meet booking and revenue annual targets for company as stated in the financial plan.
• Operates the sales activities within the approved budget and cost controls.
• Follow up current clients.
• Open new opportunities.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Assist in writing the sales action plan to identify specific targets and number of project in details.
• Identify sales prospects in all customer accounts as assigned.
• Participates in the market research efforts to analyze competitors’ strengths, pricing policies, new unit design potential, and company’s share to different types of customers.
• Participates in presentations, client meetings and proposals.
• Manage after sales services through service quality assurance and other follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
• Coordinate with the project mangers to understand the project time line schedules, payment schedule and delivery of services.
