- Provide information about establishments such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization.Input admission and discharge data and billing information into a computer database designed and maintained by the IT Department
- Provide day-to-day staff support as appropriate, to include preparation of documents, collection and verification of records, and maintenance of data on clinical activity.
- Record patient demographic, insurance, and billing codes into registration and billing system; research missing information on intake forms; obtain signatures and release forms.
- Review patient admission records to ascertain insurance coverage and the possible need for financial assistance; obtain insurance authorizations or initiate applications for public assistance as indicated.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Handle customers' complaints and enquiries.
- Answer calls being received through Call Center.
- These contacts will be entered into our database .
- Monitor and maintain new customer information database.
- You must be able to interact with all levels of Service Staff in a productive and professional manner and coordinate communication between CR staff and those inquiring about our facilities as necessary.
- Make access to all information in the system.
- Co-ordinate with other Department(Sales - CS ) to support customers and provide information.
- Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the Call Center process flow is working efficiently and accurately.
