We are looking for an expert Project Manager/ Team Lead (Factory - Fisheries) for our fisheries company in Kuwait (Fresh & Frozen Sea Food Products).
Only qualified candidates who are having past experience in fisheries (GCC experience would be an added value) or those who have similar experience (Food Production…etc.) & potential to occupy such senior post vacancy are welcomed to apply.
Please note that Immediate starters will be favored since this position vacancy is of Immediate hiring (whether local or overseas).
Job Descriptions
- Plan, Manage and Lead the projects with the crew/ team.
- Specify project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting of project sub-contractors.
- Assist in managing spending(s) against existing budget in relation to changes in production volume.
- Submit reports, when required on employee performance, working conditions and productivity.
- Assess job priorities and assign workers to appropriate job tasks to meet delivery standards and delivery time.
- Prepare a full estimate for the new projects before start the processing.
- Support projects workers and ensure they have the tools/ facilities to implement delivery.
- Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
- Improve processes work flows to be more effective and efficient.
- Meet clients with account executives to get and discuss technical notes/details
- Pay attention to strategy and coordinate with management
- Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment).
- Maintaining accurate records for projects’ progress.
- Other tasks whenever required
