To handle all procurement, sea freight, air freight, custom clearance, contracts management activities.

Type of position : Full -time
Major Responsibilities:
Procurement; Freight and Customs Clearance
- Process local and foreign purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
- Searching and finding best quality/price foreign and local suppliers and initiating business partnerships.
- Inviting, assessing, and awarding recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiating with vendors to secure best prices and the most advantageous terms.
- Arranging the ordering and shipping of necessary goods and services.
- Arranging with suppliers and freight forwarders for air and sea freight.
- Preparing customs clearance documents sets and following up customs clearance activities.
- Preparing and maintaining purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- Following up due payments to suppliers.
- Maintaining proper documentation for all transactions and processes.
- Creating and maintaining approved suppliers’ lists and carrying out suppliers’ evaluation.
Contracts Management
- Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts and agreements.
- Highlighting business and legal risks in contracts and agreements.
- Following up the compliance with terms and conditions in approved contracts.
- Maintaining contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports and all other related documents.
