Knowledge and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Autoparts related field (purchasing, inventory management, logistics, scheduling) with strong emphasis on continuous improvement in leadership capacity
• 7 years of experience in Automotive environment preferred
• Proficient skills of Supply Chain operations and planning process
• Proficient skills with Supply Chain production and capacity planning applications and tools including ERP systems
• Prior experience with process improvement activities
• Demonstrated systems knowledge of customer specifications issues, inventory management, MRP, etc.
• MS Office Suite experience required, with advanced skills in Excel
