Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Investor Relations in Kuwait will be responsible for establishing a centralised team as the focal point for all communications with existing / prospective investors (debt and equity), analysts, brokers, ratings agencies, media, and other internal / external stakeholders.

The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan- Prepare a comprehensive competitive analysis, identify Bank performance relative to its peers, provide feedback on gaps, build action plan, monitor results, and communicate to stakeholders- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function- Establish an optimal type / mix of shareholders and create that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives- Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management and develop investor relations messages based on these changes- Provide training to all company spokespersons regarding disclosure rules- Create communication materials and distribute widely to stakeholders through various means (email, website, telephone, video, etc.)- Lead the production and ensure high integrity of the annual reports and all other financial and non-financial disclosures- Evaluate the annual reports for all competitors, identify best practices, and summarize for senior management- Provide feedback from stakeholders on Bank strategy and source of differentiation- Manage the investor relations portion of the company web site- Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management- Serve as the key point of contact for external stakeholders- Organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings- Provide feedback to management regarding stakeholders' perception of how the Bank is being managed and their view of its financial results
