Conduct thorough market research and identify new target markets based on age, gender, and socioeconomic status and update our knowledge on our existing clientele.
Study competitors internationally and locally, to always be on par and be able to offer variety to our clientele.
Manage and direct the completion of teens/kids wear collections in line with the commercial strategy for the Anotah and other related Green Wing brands.
Create mood boards, color cards and conceptualize collections for every season.
Sketch rough and detailed drawings of apparel or accessories with the right specifications and technical details.
Direct and coordinate with pattern cutters, tailors or suppliers for sample development.
Follow up from conceptualization to final products- Review samples and modify on the basis of fit and details. Apply modifications as and when required.
Assist the production team in ensuring that the final product is top quality.
Attend fashion shows and review garment magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Visit textile showrooms to keep up-to-date on the latest fabrics.
Visit textile showrooms as and when required at PV, TexWorld, Mode a Mont and etc. Be able to select fabrics within the correct price, quality range and etc.
Integrate findings of analysis from retail, marketing focus groups and apply to create better, profitable and fashionable collections.
