The Design & Estimation Engineer at Kirby is responsible to generate optimised and safe designs of PEB Buildings as per latest codes like IBC, MBMA, Aisc.
Hands on experience in design software’s like STAAD, AUTOCAD is essential.
Exposure to trouble shooting at sites would be an added advantage.
• Prepare preliminary design and price report
• Produce proposal drawings for simple jobs
• Complete design so as to optimize material, detailing, fabrication, shipping and erection while adhering to the latest codes and standards adopted by Kirby
• Produce design sketches
• Prepare design calculations
• Occasionally prepare approval drawings
