1. Data Entry Operator shall be well experienced and conversant with entry of daily data into the e-beams system (Maximo) as well as extracting reports and data from the system. . He shall also be well conversant with PC operation normally administrated in a general office and shall prepare technical reports for typing, input data on computers, prepare diagram and sketches, assist the Company Engineer in his daily work.
2. Capable of operating PC, typing work, filing, maintaining office records, preparation of records and bar charts.
3. Capable of preparing technical reports, asset control log sheet and inventory.
4. Assist in data collection.
5. Utilize computer, based software such as AUTOCAD as required.
6. Capable of operating MAXIMO / Building Automation / Planned
Preventive Maintenance Program / Materials Maintenance Management System.
