Objective:
To co-ordinate and process the provision of all activities associated with Residential Internet and Related Services and to maintain customers profiles and records. Meet the predefined targets for the section to accomplish customers’ maximum satisfaction, and to ensure the achievement of the KPI’s as per the business plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate the activities of Internet and Related services provision and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively to meet the section’s pre-defined targets.
• Ensure that the division processes are implemented/ maintained in order to meet customer’s demand and to improve the quality of service provided.
• Administer customer and Company records to keep them up to date through the use of various systems.
• Acting as a first point of escalation for unresolved customer’s problems to achieve maximum satisfaction by Customers.
• Adhere to outlets/branches attendance & rotation schedule
• To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines.
• Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities.
• Review and Continuous implementation of efficient systems in liaison with IS.
• To process any additional assignment given by the Management.
Authorities:
• To give waiver up to 2 days
• Reactivate Accounts
• Escalate any issues that may arise related to customer services to CSC, Supervisor / Manager - Customer Relations
