Crew Leader job description:
The primary job function of the Crew Leader is to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of various if not all stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs...
He will directly report to the restaurant manager.
His expected to put his efforts in motivating crewmembers to work within company’s culture and passion for food and services.
• Assist the restaurant manager in achieving targets.
• Formulate and plan monthly and yearly budgets, marketing plans and objectives together with the restaurant manager considering the market factors and ensure achievement of such targets in the most cost efficient manner.
• Ensure constant updating and development of products and services applied for client base with respect to international and local standards.
• Oversee all phases of outlet operations and assign responsibilities to crewmembers.
• Monitor computer system and sales program to ensure smooth running of the system in outlets.
• To monitor daily hygiene and work practices in both service and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.

- هو لإدارة وتولي المسئولية العامة عن النجاح لمختلف جميع المحلات من خلال توجيه جميع الجوانب التشغيلية وقيادة المبيعات مع تقليل التكاليف. وسوف يقدم تقاريره مباشرة إلى مدير المطعم ومن المتوقع أن يضع جهوده في تحفيز أفراد الطاقم للعمل ضمن ثقافة الشركة وقوانينها.
- مسئول عن المساعدة في تطوير العلامة التجارية، وتحسين الجودة وتقديم المزيد من المنتجات وفقا لإرشادات الشركة
- مساعدة مدير المطعم في تحقيق الأهداف يتعلق بالمعايير الدولية والمحلية
-ضمان التحديث المستمر وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات التطبيقية لقاعدة العملاء
فيما الإشراف على جميع مراحل عمليات التنفيذ وتحديد المسئوليات لأعضاء الطاقم
- مراقبة نظام الكمبيوتر وبرامج البيع لضمان حسن سير نظام العمل في جميع المطاعم
- رصد الممارسات الصحية الصحية
