• To provide technical support and enhancements to all major systems and to perform routine system maintenance as required by management and users, and to develop and customize current business applications and systems.
• Produces program specifications from conceptual designs to define required end product.
• Writes new programs within time, estimate costs and maintain live program in the production environment .
• Comprehensively tests program with analysts and users to gain acceptance, continuously monitoring results.
• Writes, completes and maintains program specifications, documentation and operational procedures.
• Performs routine system maintenance and full time support to all users .
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity of company information and data.
• Responsible for quality of programs developed (within deadline and budget).
