- Understand customers taste and preferences in HAC’s related markets
- Analyze competitive forces among other external environment factors in HAC’s related markets.
- Analyze, develop and manages the SIBU products roadmap for the HAC markets.
Build and maintain HAC SIBU product line strategy.
- Translate HAC SIBU product line strategy into clear and articulated business objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to build market leading, profitable offering.
- Build pricing strategy for SIBU products in coordination with related stakeholders.
Collects insights and market data as inputs into SIBU portfolio strategy.
- Collaborates with marketing to launch products into the HAC markets.
Works with sales (showrooms and projects) and commercial teams to build appropriate demand and supply plans.
- Produce, maintain and update annual forecast
Regularly perform pricing and competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend strategies to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs.
- Responsible for maintaining competitive product information. Coordinates regular competitive technical product analyses, identifies areas of advantages and weaknesses.
- Provides technical information for collateral materials, and reviews documents to ensure accuracy of technical information and reference.
- Reports future and current market size developments and industry trends and translates them into actions with product roadmap and product strategy.
- Conduct sales product awareness training for related HAC staff when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
